I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long, often frustrated with the treatment from my previous dentist and hygienist. I had some scaling that they never seemed to be able to get rid of and generally left appointments in discomfort. So instead of putting up with that, I just stopped going and got very anxious over the prospect of a dental visit.

Well, one night I felt like I had chipped a tooth and seeing as Terra was nearby and had good reviews, I figured I would try it. The service was fantastic. They got me in right away. Dr. Mike took a look and turned out the issue was primarily due to being WAY overdue for a standard cleaning. They were able to clear up the discomfort on the spot, and got me booked in later that day for a proper hygiene appointment. The care I received from Mckinley, my hygienist was great. She was thorough, and considering how overdue I was, very gentle. She was sure to check in with me throughout to make sure I was still doing ok and warned me when the thought what she was doing may cause some sensitivity. That level of awareness and compassion was so appreciated.

Best of all, she completely cleared away the scaling that my previous dental office never could. I walked out of my appointment feeling a lot more confident about my smile, as well as less anxious about dental visits. I have been going to Terra Dental for years and have always experienced service and treatment that is second to none.  Everyone from  receptionist to doctors, is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy and customer service is top-notch.
