Dr. Arden Young - Dentist
Dr. Young grew up in Edmonton, AB, where her grandpa was her first (and favourite) dentist. She graduated from University of Alberta Dentistry in 2010, before moving to Vancouver for a year of General Practice Residency, working in the Vancouver hospitals and abroad. After a few years of private practice in Vancouver, Dr. Young decided it was time to come home to Alberta, and made the move to Calgary. Dr. Young is excited to join the team at Terra Dental. She enjoys family and paediatric dentistry, and aims to make her patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. She is passionate about continued learning, and has tailored much of her continuing education towards the art of root canal treatment.
Dr. Young loves being close to the mountains, spending a lot of her spare time trail running around Canmore, as well as running all the river pathways in Calgary. When she isn’t running (which isn’t THAT often), she might be found reading, skiing, cycling, or spending time with her family and friends.
